The fun and fitness begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 27, at the
campus, located at 4250 Richmond Road in Highland Hills. The
multi-loop course circles the campus grounds.
Online registration is open through 9 a.m. Friday, April 26, at
www.tri-c.edu/Spring5k. Early registration cost is $20 ($15
for current Tri-C students). Day-of registration is $25 ($20 for

Can’t make it to the race but still
want to contribute to student success at Tri-C? Consider sponsoring a student for the

assessment to their registration. The analysis is done in a
BodPod, which uses air displacement to gauge body fat and
muscle mass. The cost for registration and assessment is $35
($30 for Tri-C students).
The Triceratops Trample is managed and sponsored by the
College’s Sport and Exercise Studies program,
students for careers as personal trainers, fitness specialists
and other health-related professions.
Proceeds from the event benefit student scholarships through the
Cuyahoga Community College Foundation.
